This policy describes information handled by the CoolBotGames arcade at coolbotgames.com and its hosted games. You can play without an account and without allowing optional play statistics.
Favorites, display preferences, game settings and guest progress are stored in your browser so the features you choose can work. Your statistics choice is also remembered on this browser. Clearing site data removes these preferences and local saves. Private browsing or blocked storage can prevent saves from persisting.
Account sign-in uses authentication cookies and browser storage. These keep you signed in and are separate from optional play statistics and advertising.
When you create an account, Supabase processes your account information and stores your profile and supported game saves. Signing in lets you continue on another device. Email sign-in uses your email address and a password hash; Google sign-in supplies account information such as your email and profile name.
For email accounts, Resend delivers confirmation and password-reset emails. It processes your email address, message content and delivery information for that purpose. Your password is handled by Supabase Auth and is not included in those emails.
You can edit your public profile in Account. Public creator profiles and published games show the creator’s chosen public name and handle. Your account email and saved game progress are not displayed in the public arcade.
For game submissions, we use Resend to email review feedback and publishing decisions to your account email. Resend processes the recipient address, message content and delivery information. Your feedback is also saved privately in Creator studio.
If you allow play statistics, we record game visits, sessions and active play time for creator reports, aggregate game rankings and monthly recognition. The arcade does not start this collection until you allow it. Declining does not affect gameplay or saves.
Participating guests are recognized with a signed, 30-day browser cookie. Signed-in play uses a pseudonymous account identifier. To limit repeat guest identities in rankings, we store a keyed network hash that changes each month. Raw IP addresses are not stored in gameplay metric tables.
The cookie banner appears when you first visit without a saved choice. Accept enables optional play statistics; Decline leaves them off. Your choice is remembered on this browser, and you can change it in Settings. Turning statistics off stops new collection; it does not erase statistics already recorded. This choice is separate from Google’s advertising choices below.
An existing guest statistics cookie may remain until its 30-day expiry or until you clear it in browser settings. It is not used to record new gameplay statistics while your choice is off.
Count game sessions and active play time. Games and saves work either way.
Optional statistics are off until you accept.
Cloudflare delivers the site and game files. Supabase provides authentication, database and storage services. These providers process connection information, including IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect their services. The arcade also uses short-lived, keyed network identifiers for request limits and abuse prevention, independently of optional statistics.
Creator listing edits, review reports and unpublished submissions are stored to manage and review games. Unpublished builds and review reports are not public. A limited listing-review history is available to the creator. Optional “Built with” tools and model names appear publicly with a published game. New game submissions require review before publication. Upload availability is shown in Creator studio.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies explain their processing and safeguards. We use these services to run the arcade, support account features and prevent abuse.
These gameplay retention periods do not describe separate service-provider security logs or backups. Those follow the relevant provider’s retention practices.
Advertising is currently off. Google’s advertising tag is not loaded.
When advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to CoolBotGames and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads using those visits.
Ad services may collect IP addresses, device and browser information, identifiers and ad interactions using cookies, web beacons or similar technologies to deliver, measure and protect advertising.
Google’s privacy message provides applicable regional consent and opt-out choices and information about participating advertising partners. Ad requests are paused while choices are resolved. Google’s tag may still read existing Google cookies while loading that message. Games remain playable if ads are declined, blocked or unavailable.
You can opt out of Google’s personalized advertising in My Ad Center. You can also visit YourAdChoices to opt out of personalized advertising from participating third-party vendors. These choices can depend on your browser or account and do not necessarily remove all advertising.
We do not send game saves, account email or uploaded source files as ad-targeting parameters. When advertising is enabled, the controls above let you revisit available privacy and cookie settings, including US sale or sharing choices.

Use Account to update your profile and the game controls to manage supported preferences. Browser settings let you remove local site data or restrict cookies; doing so can sign you out and remove guest saves.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Optional statistics can be turned off in Settings, and available advertising choices appear above.

Describe your request and, if it concerns an account, contact us from the email associated with that account. Do not send your password. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before fulfilling a request.
